BATTERIES
We have a 12 year limited warranty on all of our batteries from the item delivery date. Details below:
Within the first three years of the warranty period, subject to the exclusions listed below, Eternal Lithium will replace or repair, if serviceable, the product and/or parts of the product, if the components in question are determined to be defective in material or workmanship; Years 4 and 5, the buyer will only pay for shipping costs but otherwise the same full warranty applies as the first 3 years; from year 6-12, only cost of spare parts to be replaced and shipping cost will be charged if the components in question are determined to be defective in material or workmanship. If the battery cannot be repaired, the consumer will receive a brand new replacement battery at 40% off from years 6-8 and 30% off for years 9-12.
Eternal Lithium reserves the right to deny a warranty claim if the product is determined, upon inspection, to be at its normal end of life even if within the warranty period.
The Warranty does not cover a product that has reached its normal end of life due to usage which may occur prior to the warranty period. A battery can deliver only a fixed amount of energy over its life which will occur over different periods of time depending on the application. For example cycling the battery more than 1 time daily, will cause the normal end of life to occur before the end of warranty period.
CHARGERS
Chargers are replaced if defective on arrival or at any point within two years from the item delivery date, if the components in question are determined to be defective in material or workmanship.
TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY INFORMATION
Both BATTERIES and CHARGERS warranties are transferable, however the new owner must be able to prove they purchased the battery from the original buyer/owner.
