Longhorn Lithium Batteries come with an 11-year warranty against manufacturer defects. The warranty covers defects in material or workmanship from the date of sale, verified by either the customer's sale receipt, shipping invoice, or battery serial number with proof of purchase.
First 5 years: Full repair, replacement, or credit for defective battery components.
From 5 years and 1 day to 8 years: Repair or replacement subject to a service charge of $150 per battery.
From 8 years and 1 day to 11 years: 30% discount on a new, similar battery as a replacement.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Customers have 60 days from the date of purchase to return the battery for a full refund, excluding a 10% restocking fee.
Guaranteed Lifespan
Our batteries are designed to provide up to 2000 charge cycles. While individual lifespans can vary based on usage, rest assured that our engineering aims for long-term reliability in marine and fishing applications.
Warranty Exclusions
Excludes damage due to:
- Improper installation
- Environmental damage
- Collision
- Misuse or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Storage at low state-of-charge for over 6 months
- Charging the battery when its temperature is below 32°F / 0°C
Lifetime Technical Support
Free technical support for as long as the customer owns and uses the battery.
Non-Transferable
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Legal Rights
This warranty is governed by the laws of Texas.
Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM)
Warranty does not apply to batteries sold to OEMs. Contact the OEM for warranty claims.
Submitting a Warranty Claim
Contact the original place of purchase. The battery may need to be returned for inspection.
Warranty Disclaimer
This limited warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties.
Liability Limitations
Longhorn Lithium’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or credit under the conditions outlined above. The company shall not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to costs incurred for loss of use, installation or removal, towing, electrical system tests, rental vehicles, labor costs, or loss of time, revenues, or profits.
