Pro-Guide Batteries has a 10-year manufacturer’s defect warranty from the date your product is received. This warranty does not cover negligence or misuse of the battery. If it is deemed that the battery was used improperly, your claim will be denied and your product returned to you, or you can purchase a replacement at a discounted rate. Limited Warranty on Pro-Guide Lithium Starting and Deep Cycle Batteries We guarantee during the normal lifespan of this product that it will be without defects in materials or workmanship. If you were to experience a defect, we will repair, replace, or refund as described below: Pro-Guide Batteries extends this warranty to the original owner as well as the second owner of this product within the warranty period sold either directly from Pro-Guide or one of our certified dealers. This warranty does not extend to batteries sold outside of the U.S. and Canada.
